Meet the RÉVE Host Copilot: create and run events by chat

Most event tools make you click through forms. RÉVE's Host Copilot lets you just say what you want — create an event, set up payouts, remind guests — and confirms before anything that spends money or can't be undone.

Hosting an event involves a surprising amount of admin: building the page, wiring up payments, chasing RSVPs, approving join requests, sending reminders, checking who paid. The RÉVE Host Copilot collapses that into a conversation. It's an AI assistant built into your host dashboard — you tell it what you want in plain language, and it does the work on your own events, pausing for your OK before anything irreversible.

What it can do

  • Create and publish events — it opens an event creator right in the chat for the essentials, and hands off to the full form (prefilled) for advanced options.
  • Set up your payout UPI and tell you when it's verified, so paid events can go live.
  • Edit or cancel an event you own.
  • Manage guests — approve or decline join requests, admit people from the waitlist.
  • Send WhatsApp reminders and invites to your guests.
  • Answer questions about your revenue, guests, ratings, feedback and settlements from your real data.
  • Explain how RÉVE works — payouts, fees, refunds, hosting steps — from the help docs.

It confirms before anything irreversible

This is the part that makes it safe to use. Reading your data and preparing a draft happen instantly. But anything that moves money or can't be undone — publishing a paid event, setting your payout UPI, sending WhatsApp to guests, cancelling an event — pauses and shows you a confirmation card first. Nothing happens until you tap Confirm. The Copilot proposes; you decide.

The rules live in the product, not the prompt

The Copilot doesn't make up policy. The same rules the rest of RÉVE enforces — you can only publish a paid event once your payout account is active, you can only act on your own events, a past event can't be messaged — are enforced by the product itself. If something isn't allowed yet, the Copilot tells you why and what to do next (for example, “set up your payout first”), instead of failing silently or inventing an answer.

What it won't do

It only touches your own events and account, and only RÉVE hosting tasks. It won't give financial, legal or medical advice, it can't see another host's events, and it doesn't process refunds — refunds are the host's call, so a guest who needs one should contact you directly. For anything the Copilot can't resolve, it points you to the RÉVE team at reve@perpetuum.co.

Where to find it

Sign in, open your dashboard, and tap “Ask Copilot.” It works for hosts anywhere in the world and respects your local timezone. Paid ticketing settles via UPI in India; hosts elsewhere can run free events today.

FAQs

Is the RÉVE Host Copilot free?
Yes — it's part of hosting on RÉVE, which has no listing or platform fees. You only ever pay the standard payment-gateway charges on paid tickets.
Will it publish or charge without my approval?
No. Publishing a paid event, setting your payout, messaging guests and cancelling all pause for a confirmation card. Nothing irreversible happens until you confirm.
Can it manage someone else's event?
No. The Copilot only acts on events and account details that belong to you, the signed-in host.
Does it work outside India?
Yes, for hosts anywhere, and it respects your timezone. Paid ticketing settles via UPI in India; hosts elsewhere can run free events today.
