Refund and Cancellation Policy
Reve’s focus is completely on customer satisfaction, accordingly Reve does not charge any amount from the End-User (End User - as defined in End User Agreement and Terms of Use) except the prices of tickets/entry cost for the Events attended by the End-User (‘You’) and other End-Users. In the event, You are displeased with Reve or the Services Reve provides, You may raise Your concerns at contact@perpetuum.co. Unless specified herein, Reve shall not refund back any money received from You. Please read the entire Refund and Cancellation Policy (‘this Policy’) before downloading, using, paying any amount to Reve. Services herein shall be referred to the Services as defined under End User Agreement and Terms of Use
Cancellation by the End-User/You- In case You change Your mind in respect to the Services taken and payment(s) made by You, Reve will not be liable to cancel the Service and/or refund the amount paid by You for the tickets/entry to the event.
Cancellation by Reve- In case Reve cancels any event owing to unforeseen circumstances and/or any other reason whatsoever except in force majeure event as stipulated below, Reve shall refund the amount paid by You within 5-7 business days.
Refund will not be provided to the user, once it is earned by Reve because of the time and energy invested by Reve/Perpetuum’s manpower for the work done by it, which is not returnable and cannot be measured in terms of money. Apart from the aforesaid, all the processing fees, payment gateway charges, admin fees, and cost of resources for the work done/towards rendering of Services by Reve, will be deducted. Furthermore, Reve cannot refund any money which is paid to the government bodies, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing Your order.
Ungovernable Factors-The result of a particular Service cannot be guaranteed as the same involves dependency on Governing Authorities related to the said Service. This further implies that rejections/ approvals /responses by Govt Authorities or technical issues with Government sites including Government backlogs etc. are not within the purview of Reve. These may lead to unexpected delays in rendering Services and access to the features of Reve, factors like these are outside Reve’s control, hence You/End-User cannot be held eligible for any refund.
Force Majeure- Reve shall not be held responsible in case of breach of its satisfaction guarantee by this Policy or default under any breach of terms and conditions stipulated in Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy. Reve shall assume no responsibility to refund any amount on any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, pandemic, famine, COVID-19 or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond Reve’s reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).This Policy is subject to change without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the refund policy periodically for any updates.
Applicability of related Agreement(s) and terms of use- The clauses of the Privacy Policy shall form part of this Policy and You shall be bound by all the terms stipulated therein. Link of the Privacy Policy (Available on website https://reve.rsvp/).
