Definition of “Services”- Reve ('Licensed Application') provides a digitally gated social network platform enabling profile creation, discovery of compatible attendees and inclusion in exclusive guest lists for curated cultural and party experiences. The Licensed Application connects End-Users through shared interests in music, subculture, and novel real-world events -beginning with genres like techno and EDM, and other immersive, performance-led; formats.
Through interactive End-User profiles, AI-powered discovery, and digital access tools, the Licensed Application supports secure, curated connections for its End-Users to explore events, set up shared outings and participate in a new category of real-world social culture. With emphasis on novelty, exclusivity and cultural relevance, Licensed Application creates a distinctive bridge between digital identity and offline experience, redefining what it means to go out. The Licensed Application provides a novel, lifestyle-focused digital platform that enables End-Users to discover and participate in curated social experiences, live performances and theme-based gatherings. The Licensed Application also offers a go-out utility that reimagines how its End-Users connect in real life, blending immersive music-led storytelling with proprietary AI-curated on-boarding systems to facilitate high-quality, interest-driven social interactions. The Licensed Application also offers additional features like voice call, video calls, messages, recordings, personalized match suggestions and interactive profiles, sending photographs, setting up interactions, exploring experiences together etc. All the profiles on the Licensed Application are KYC verified, details and locations of all the events created on the Licensed Application are verified. Features and usage offered to the End-Users, available in the Licenced Application (App Store, Play Store, Instagram, mobile and website) are referred to as 'Services'.

Reve automatically collects device information (such as Your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). If You are using Reve’s application(s), You may also collect information about the phone network associated with Your mobile device, Your mobile device’s operating system or platform, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device’s unique device ID, and information about the features of Reve’s application(s) You accessed;
1.4.4. Push Notifications. Reve may request You, to send You push notifications regarding Your account or certain features of Reve. If You wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, You may turn them off in Your device's settings;
1.4.5. Information to verify Your identity which may be required to provide You with the response that You may seek through Reve’s ‘Contact Us’ link;
1.4.6. Email communications which may be sent to UWI will be routed through Reve’s stored systems;
1.4.7. Tracking technologies may automatically record information such as domain and host names, other information about Your geographic location, IP addresses, browser software and operating system types, Your manner of connecting to the Internet (e.g., connection speed through narrowband or broadband access), and dates and times that Reve’s Website is accessed, hardware model, device hardware information, IMEI number and other unique device identifiers, phone number, serial number, current software version, mobile country code, mobile network, MAC address, cookies, pixels and settings of the devices You use to access Reve’s Website;

• Offer Wall- Reve’s application(s) may display a third-party hosted 'offer wall' or alike. Such an offer wall allows third-party advertisers to offer virtual currency, gifts, or other items to users in return for the acceptance and completion of an advertisement offer. Such an offer wall may appear on Reve and be displayed to You based on certain data, such as Your geographic area or demographic information.
• When You click on an offer wall, Reve will be brought to an external website belonging to other persons and will leave Reve. A unique identifier, such as Your user ID, will be shared with the offer wall provider in order to prevent fraud and properly credit Your account with the relevant reward.
4. DOES REVE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. 14 APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Policy shall be governed by Indian law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes if any shall be decided by compulsory binding Arbitration to be conducted by a sole Arbitrator who shall conduct the proceedings for a fixed fee, venue of Arbitration shall be New Delhi and laws of Gurugram, Haryana shall be applicable. In the event that an action, proceeding, or arbitration is brought to enforce the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party in such action, proceeding, or Arbitration shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses incurred in connection therewith. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to try and entertain any proceedings arising out of this Agreement.
15.APPLICABILITY OF RELATED AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF USE

In the event that an action, proceeding, or arbitration is brought to enforce the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party in such action, proceeding, or Arbitration shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses incurred in connection therewith.
