Perpetuum Innovations Private Limited, a company formed under The Companies Act, 2013 having registered office at Second Floor, Plot No.4, Minarch Tower, Sector 44, Gurugram, Haryana, Gurugram 122003 (‘Perpetuum’) is operating under the brand name ‘Reve’ whereby it is providing a platform to the End Users to network, join and/or curate experiences.
Reve is operating website(s) having URL- https://reve.rsvp (the 'Site'), the mobile application- Reve is available for downloading for the people (‘End-User’/’You’) on Playstore and Appstore (‘Stores’).
Features and usage offered to You, available in Reve (App Store, Play Store and website) are referred to as 'Services'.
You can contact Reve through email (contact@perpetuum.co) or by sending a mail to its registered office at Second Floor, Plot No.4, Minarch Tower, Sector 44, Gurugram, Haryana-122003, India. The Terms stipulated in this Agreement for use shall be referred to as ‘Terms of Use’ herein and shall constitute a legally binding agreement between You and Reve. You agree that by downloading Reve, You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the Terms of Use, stipulated herein.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE THE USE OF REVE IMMEDIATELY.
In case of any update or change in the Terms of Use, Reve shall send You a Prior Notice of (7) days. On expiry of the Notice period, the Changes shall come into effect immediately. However in case of changes with respect to functionality, security updates, bug fixes or any court order prohibiting the use, a Prior Notice shall not be necessary. Using or accessing Reve after the changes come into effect, shall be considered as a deemed acceptance of the modified terms. In case of any grievances, You may raise a ticket with Reve and it shall try to resolve the grievance as soon as possible. You, consent that You are at least 18 years old. Downloading and usage of Reve for any person below 18 years is strictly prohibited. It is recommended that You print a copy of these Terms of Use for Your records.

1. SERVICES
Reve provides a digitally gated social network platform enabling profile creation, discovery of compatible attendees and inclusion in exclusive guest lists for curated cultural and party experiences. Reve connects End-Users through shared interests in music, subculture, and novel real-world events- beginning with genres like techno and EDM, and other immersive, performance-led formats.
Through interactive End-User profiles, AI-powered discovery, and digital access tools, Reve supports secure, curated connections for its End-Users to explore events, sets up shared outings and participate in a new category of real-world social culture. With emphasis on novelty, exclusivity and cultural relevance, Reve creates a distinctive bridge between digital identity and offline experience, redefining what it means to go out. Reve provides a novel, lifestyle-focused digital platform that enables End-Users to discover and participate in curated social experiences, live performances and theme-based gatherings. Reve also offers a go-out utility that reimagines how its End-Users connect in real life, blending immersive music-led storytelling with proprietary AI-curated on-boarding systems to facilitate high-quality, interest-driven social interactions. Reve also offers additional features like voice call, video calls, messages, recordings, personalized match suggestions and interactive profiles, sending photographs, setting up interactions, exploring experiences together etc. All the profiles on Reve are KYC verified, details and locations of all the events created on Reve are verified. Features and usage offered to the End-Users, on App Store, Play Store and website are referred to as 'Services'.
Reve does not provide any Services outside India and hence, it is not available for distribution outside India.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
2.1. Perpetuum is the owner of all the intellectual property rights including but not limited to all source code(s), object code(s), databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the 'Content*), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the 'Marks'). Our Content and Marks may or may not be protected by copyright and trademark laws (and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws) or treaties in India and/or USA. The Intellectual Property information is provided on strictly 'AS IS' basis for Your personal use and not for any other non-commercial use. End User shall not have any right to the Intellectual Property or registration of Intellectual Property in the absence of any existing registration.
Use of the Services is subject to the End-User’s compliance with the Terms of Use, including the 'PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES' section below, Reve is hereby providing You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:
• access the Services; and/or,
• download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which You have properly gained access, solely for Your personal and non-commercial use.
2.2. Except as set out in the Terms of Use, no part of the Services and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever. In case You wish to use Reve for any other purpose as stipulated herein, You may raise a request at: contact@perpetuum.co, Reve shall reserve the right to accept or reject your request. In case of acceptance of request to post, reproduce, or publicly display any part of our Services or Content, You must identify Reve/Perpetuum as the owner of the post and shall ensure that in the process any Intellectual Property of Reve is not infringed or interfered with. Reve reserves all rights to claim ownership and/or rights of the data posted by You. Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights will constitute a breach of Terms of Use stipulated herein and Reve reserves a right to terminate your License and right to use with immediate effect.
2.3. Your submissions and contributions-Please review this section and the 'PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES' section carefully prior to using Reve and the Services it provides, to understand (a) rights You give us and (b) obligations You have when You post or upload any content through the Services.
2.3.1. Submissions: By directly sending us any question, comment, suggestion, idea, feedback, or other information about the Services or by uploading of any content on Reve ('Submissions’), You agree to assign to us all intellectual property rights in such Submission. You agree that Reve shall own this Submission and be entitled to its unrestricted use and dissemination for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to You.
2.3.2. Contributions: The Services may invite You to network, chat, contribute to, join a curated event, create an event, pay an amount for booking a ticket on Reve and/or access other functionality during which You may create, submit, post, display, transmit, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to Reve including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, music, graphics, comments, reviews, rating suggestions, personal information, or other material ('Contributions'). Any Submission that is publicly posted shall also be treated as a Contribution. You understand that Contributions may be viewable by other users of the Services and possibly through third-party websites.
2.3.3. When You post Contributions, You grant us a licence (including use of Your name, trademarks, and logos): By posting any Contributions, You grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right, and licence to: use, copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, publish, broadcast, retitle, store, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part), and utilize Your Contributions (including, without limitation, Your image, name, and voice) for any purpose, advertising, or otherwise to prepare derivative works of or incorporate into other works, Reve’s use and distribution may occur in any media formats and through any media channels.
2.3.4. This licence includes our use of Your name, company name, and franchise name, as applicable, and any of the trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and personal and commercial images You provide.
2.3.5. You are responsible for what You post or upload: You have read and agreed to not post, host, send, publish, upload, or transmit any Submission and/or Contribution which is illegal, harassing, hateful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, bullying, abusive, discriminates, threatens any person or group, outrages modestly of a woman, or depicts sexually offensive content, false, inaccurate, deceitful, or misleading information (”PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES”).
2.3.6. You warrant that all Submission and/or Contributions uploaded/posted by You are original and you necessary ownership and rights to publish such Submissions and/or Contributions. You agree that Submissions and/or Contributions do not constitute confidential information.
2.3.7. You expressly agree to reimburse Reve for the losses suffered by Reve, owing to the breach of Terms of Use by You.
2.4. Reve may remove or edit Your Content: Reve reserves the right to remove or edit any Submissions and/or Contributions and your account at any time without providing any notice to You. In case there is violation of any law or breach of any Terms of Use, Reve may report You to the necessary authorities and take necessary legal action against You.
3. User Representations - By using the Services, You represent and warrant that:
3.1. You have the legal capacity to download Reve, input Submissions and/or Contributions and You agree to comply with these Legal Terms;
3.2. You are above 18 years;
3.3. You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise;
3.4. You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose; and
3.5. Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation. If You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, Reve has the right to suspend or terminate Your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof).
4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:
4.1. You shall not access or use Reve for any illegal purposes;
4.2. You shall not use Reve for any commercial purposes;
4.3. You agree not to:
4.3.1. Systematically retrieve data or other content from Reve to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from Reve;
4.3.2. Trick, defraud, or mislead Reve and other End-Users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as End-User passwords;
4.3.3. Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of Reve including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of Reve and/or the Content contained therein.
4.3.4. Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion Reve and/or the Services provided by Reve;
4.3.5. Use any information obtained from the Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person;
4.3.6. Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct;
4.3.7. Use Reve in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations;
4.3.8. Linking and framing the unauthorised framing of Reve;
4.3.9. Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party's uninterrupted use and enjoyment of Reve or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of Reve;
4.3.10. Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools;
4.3.11. Delete the Intellectual Property from any Content;
4.3.12. Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user;
4.3.13. Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats ('gifs'), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as 'spyware' or 'passive collection mechanisms' or 'pcms');
4.3.14. Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on Reve or the networks or Services connected to Reve;
4.3.15. Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of Reve’s employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to You;
4.3.16. Attempt to bypass any measures of the Reve and/or Services designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services, or any portion of the Services;
4.3.17. Copy or adapt Reves’ software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
4.4. Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses Reve or use or launch any unauthorised script or other software;
4.5. Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on Reve;
4.6. Make any unauthorised use of Reve, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretences.
4.7. Use Reve and/or Services available on Reve as part of any effort to compete with Reve or otherwise use the Services and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavour or commercial enterprise. As mentioned in the "Acceptable Use Policy"- (Available on website https://reve.date).
5. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
5.1. Reve may invite You to chat, text, organise events, join events, pay for tickets of the events, share photographs, videos, organize experiences and dates, do voice calls, video calls, share personal information or any other Services including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or accessing, downloading, or copying of Your Contributions do not and will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights or moral rights of any third party;
5.2. You are the creator and owner of or have the necessary licences, rights, consents, releases, and permissions to use and to authorise Reve and other users of the Reve to use Your Contributions in any manner contemplated by the Services and these Legal Terms;
5.3. Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading;
5.4. Your Contributions are not unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation;
5.5. Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libellous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by Reve);
5.6. Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone;
5.7. Your Contributions are not used to harass or threaten (in the legal sense of those terms) any other person and to promote violence against a specific person or class of people;
5.8. Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule;
5.9. Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party;
5.10. Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors;
5.11. Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap;
5.12. Your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of Terms of Use, or any applicable law or regulation. Any use of Reve or Services of Reve in violation of the foregoing may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of Your rights to use Reve and/or its Services.
6. CONTRIBUTION LICENCE
6.1. By posting Your Contributions on Reve, You automatically grant, represent and warrant that You have unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right and licence to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, resell, publish, broadcast, retitle, archive, store, cache, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, transmit, excerpt (in whole or in part) and distribute such Contributions (including, without limitation, Your image and voice) for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such Contributions and grant and authorise sub-licences of the foregoing. The use and distribution may occur in any media formats and through any media channels. This licence will apply to any form, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed and includes use of Your name, company name, and franchise name, as applicable and any of the trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and personal and commercial images You provide by Reve. You waive all moral rights in Your Contributions and You warrant that moral rights have not otherwise been asserted in Your Contributions;
6.2. You agree that, accessing, downloading, or copying of Your Contributions do not and will not infringe Your Intellectual Property Rights;
6.3. You agree that You are the creator and owner of or have the necessary licences, rights, consents, releases and permissions to use and to authorise Reve and other users of the Services to use Your Contributions as stipulated herein.
6.4. You have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in Your Contributions to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of Your Contributions in any manner stipulated herein;
6.5. You agree that Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading;
6.6. You agree that Your Contributions are not unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation;
6.7. You agree that Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libellous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable;
6.8. You agree that Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone;
6.9. You agree that Your Contributions are not used to harass or threaten (in the legal sense of those terms) any other person and to promote violence against a specific person or class of people;
6.10. You agree that Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule;
6.11. You agree that Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party;
6.12. You agree that Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors;
6.13. You agree that Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap;
6.14. You agree that Your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of the Terms, herein or any applicable law or regulation. Any use of Reve in violation of the foregoing violates these Terms of Use may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of Your rights to use the Services and access of Reve;
6.15. You are solely responsible for Your Contributions to the Reve and You expressly agree to exonerate Reve from any and all responsibility and to refrain from any legal action against us regarding Your Contribution;
6.16. We have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, (1) to edit, redact, or otherwise change any Contributions; (2) to re-categorise any Contributions to place them in more appropriate locations on Reve; and (3) to pre-screen or delete any Contributions at any time and for any reason, without any notice. We have no obligation to monitor Your Contributions.
7. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
You may post reviews on Reve subject to following:-
7.1. You should have first-hand experience with the person/entity being reviewed;
7.2. Your reviews should not contain offensive profanity, or abusive, racist, offensive, or hateful language;
7.3. Your reviews should not contain discriminatory references based on religion, race, gender, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability;
7.4. Your reviews should not contain references to illegal activity;
7.5. You should not be affiliated with competitors for posting negative reviews;
7.6. You should not make any conclusions as to the legality of conduct;
7.7. You shall not post any false or misleading statements; and
7.8. You shall not organise a campaign encouraging others to post reviews, whether positive or negative;
7.9. You may accept, reject, or remove reviews on Reve’s sole discretion. You represent that You have absolutely no obligation to screen reviews or to delete reviews, even if anyone considers reviews objectionable or inaccurate;
7.10. You warrant that your Reviews are not endorsed by Reve and do not necessarily represent Reves’ opinions or the views of any of our affiliates or partners;
7.11. You do not assume liability for any review or for any claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from any review;
7.12. You hereby grant Reve, a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, assignable, and sub-licensable right and licence to reproduce, modify, translate, transmit by any means, display, perform, and/or distribute all content relating to review.
8. MOBILE APPLICATION LICENCE
8.1. Use Licence, if You access the Services on Reve, it grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use Reve on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by You, and to access and use Reve on such devices strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this mobile application licence contained in these Legal Terms and You shall not:
8.1.1. Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the App;
8.1.2. Make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work from the App;
8.1.3. Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with Your access or use of the App;
8.1.4. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) posted by Reve;
8.1.5. Use Reve for any revenue-generating endeavour, commercial enterprise, or other purpose for which it is not designed or intended;
8.1.6. Make Reve available over a network or other environment permitting access or use by multiple devices or users at the same time;
8.1.7. Use Reve for creating a product, service, or software that is, directly or indirectly, competitive with or in any way a substitute for the App;
8.1.8. Use Reve to send automated queries to any website or to send any unsolicited commercial email; or
8.1.9. Use any proprietary information or any of Reve’s interfaces or Reve’s other intellectual property in the design, development, manufacture, licensing, or distribution of any applications, accessories, or devices for use Reve;
8.2. The following terms apply when You use Reve to access the Services;
8.2.1. The licence granted to You for Reve is limited to a non-transferable licence to use the application on a device that utilises the Stores operating systems, as applicable and in accordance with the usage rules set forth in the applicable Reve Distributor's terms of service;
8.2.2. You must comply with applicable rules of Stores when using Reve, e.g. if You have a VolP application, then You must not be in violation of their wireless data service agreement when using Reve; and
8.2.3. You acknowledge and agree that the App Distributors are third-party beneficiaries of the terms and conditions in this mobile application licence contained in these Legal Terms, and that each App Distributor will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the terms and conditions in this mobile application licence contained in these Legal Terms against You as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
9. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
9.1. The Services may contain (or You may be sent via the Site or App) links to other websites ('Third-Party Websites') as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ('Third-Party Content'). Such Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by Reve, and Reve is not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Services or any Third-Party Content posted on, available through, or installed from Reve including the content, accuracy, offensiveness, opinions, reliability, privacy practices, or other policies of or contained in the Third-Party Websites or the Third-Party Content. Inclusion of, linking to, or permitting the use or installation of any Third-Party Websites or any Third-Party Content does not imply approval or endorsement thereof by Reve. If You decide to leave the Services and access the Third-Party Websites or to use or install any Third-Party Content, You may do so at Your own risk, Reve does not take any liability to any loss suffered by You. You should review the applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices, of any website to which You navigate from Reve or relating to any applications. Any purchases You make through Third-Party Websites will be through other websites and from other companies, hence Reve takes no responsibility whatsoever in relation to such purchases which are exclusively between You and the applicable third party.
9.2. Reve does not endorse the products or services offered on Third-Party Websites, Reve does not indemnify or bear any responsibility to compensate you for the Damages caused to You by purchasing such products or services from any Third-Party Content or any contact with Third-Party Websites.
10. ADVERTISERS
We allow advertisers to display their advertisements and other information on Reve, on areas such as sidebar advertisements or banner advertisements. Reve simply provides the space to place such advertisements, and Reve does not have any other relationship with the advertisers.
11. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
Reve reserves the right, but not the obligation, to:
• Monitor Reve and End-Users to check compliance of the Terms of Use by the End-Users;
• Take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law the Terms of Use, including without limitation, reporting such End-User to law enforcement authorities;
• In our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of Your Contributions or any portion thereof;
• In our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from Reve or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to Reve’s systems; and
• Otherwise manage Reve in a manner designed to protect Reve’s rights and property and to facilitate the proper and efficient functioning of Reve and the Services it renders.
12. PRIVACY POLICY

By using Reve, You agree to be bound by Reve’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into the Terms of Use. Please be advised that Reve is hosted in India and applicable laws of India for Privacy will be adhered to by Reve.
13. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS
Reve owns copyright of everything that is available on Reve except the contributions of which it has license. Reve also respects the copyright of others. If You believe that any material available on or through Reve infringes upon any copyright You own or control, please immediately notify us using the contact information provided below (a 'Notification"). A copy of Your Notification will be sent to the person who posted or stored the material addressed in the Notification. 14. TERM AND TERMINATION
These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while You use Reve or its Services. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THE TERMS OF USE, REVE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO, IN IT’S SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS OF USE OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. REVE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN REVE OR SERVICES OR DELETE ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
If Reve terminates or suspends Your account for any reason, You are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under Your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if You may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending Your account, Reve reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
15. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
Reve reserves the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, Reve has no obligation to update any information on Ens-Users regarding the same. Reve will not be liable to You or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of Reve. It cannot guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. Reve may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. Reve reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Services at any time or for any reason without notice to You. You agree that Reve has no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by Your inability to access or use Reve or its Services during any downtime or discontinuance of the Services. Nothing in these Terms of Use will be construed to obligate Reve to maintain and support the Services or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith.
16. GOVERNING LAW
Terms of Use shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Perpetuum and You irrevocably consent that the arbitral tribunal of India with venue in New Delhi and Courts of Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Tems of Use.
17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Binding Arbitration, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved in terms of Indian Arbitration Act, which, as a result of referring to it, is considered as the part of this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be one (1), mutually selected by both the Parties. The venue of arbitration shall be Delhi, India and laws of Gurugram, Haryana shall be applicable. The language of the proceedings shall be English.
18. CORRECTIONS
There may be information on Reve and the Services provided by it, that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. Reve reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on Reve at any time, without prior notice.
19. DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY REVE AND REVE- THE APP ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND CONSEQUENCE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. REVE MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES' CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES OR MOBILE APPLICATIONS LINKED TO REVE AND REVE WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (1) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT AND MATERIALS, (2) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES, (3) ANY UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO OR USE OF REVE’S SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (4) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICES/REVE, (5) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH REVE/ SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (6) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT AND MATERIALS OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES. REVE DOES NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ADVERTISED OR OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH REVE/SERVICES, ANY HYPERLINKED WEBSITE, OR ANY WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION FEATURED IN ANY BANNER OR OTHER ADVERTISING, AND WE WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. AS WITH THE PURCHASE OF A PRODUCT OR SERVICE THROUGH ANY MEDIUM OR IN ANY ENVIRONMENT, YOU SHOULD USE YOUR BEST JUDGEMENT AND EXERCISE CAUTION WHERE APPROPRIATE.
20. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL REVE OR IT’S DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF REVE OR IT’S SERVICES, EVEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, REVE’S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US OR NOT MORE THAN INR 100,000.
21. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Reve and it’s subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of it’s respective officers, agents, partners, and employees harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, legal fee and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of:
(1) Your Contributions;
(2) use of Reve or the Services;
(3) breach of the Terms of Use;
(4) any breach of Your representations and warranties set forth in the Terms of Use;
(5) Your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or
(6) any overt harmful act towards any other End-User of the Services with whom You connected via Reve. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Reve reserves the right, at Your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which You are required to indemnify Reve, and You agree to cooperate, at Your expense, with Reve’s defence of such claims. Reve will use reasonable efforts to notify You of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.
22. USER DATA
Reve will maintain certain data that You transmit to Reve for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services rendered by Reve, as well as data relating to Your use of the Services/Reve. Although Reve performs regular routine backups of data, You are solely responsible for all data that You transmit or that relates to any activity You have undertaken using Reve/the Services. You agree that Reve shall have no liability to You for any loss or corruption of any such data, and You hereby waive any right of action against Reve arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.
23. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES.
Visiting Reve sending it emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communication, and You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that Reve provides to You electronically, via email and on the Services, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT AND MATERIALS OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA REVE. IN SUCH A CASE REVE DOES NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ADVERTISED OR OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE SERVICES, ANY HYPERLINKED WEBSITE, OR ANY WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION FEATURED IN ANY BANNER OR OTHER ADVERTISING, AND REVE WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. 25. MISCELLANEOUS
The Terms of Use and any policies or operating rules posted by Reve in respect to the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between You and Reve. Failure of Reve to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. Terms of Use operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. Reve may assign any or all of it’s rights and obligations to others at any time. Reve shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act beyond reasonable control. If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from the Terms of Use and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between You and Reve and as a result of these Terms of Use or use of the Services/Reve. You agree that these Terms of Use will not be construed against Reve by virtue of having drafted them. You hereby waive any and all defences You may have based on the electronic form of these Terms of Use and the lack of signing by the parties hereto to execute these Terms of Use.

27. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of any force majeure event such as act of god, cessation of work, natural disaster, war, floods, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, and/or in case of an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 or any alike disease exists in any place of work or a public place. Reve shall not be held liable for any deficiency in functioning of the Licensed Application, working of Services and features, compensation or any other liability.
28. SEVERANCE
In case any provision of these Terms of Use become invalid, the other provisions shall remain valid and the Parties shall replace the invalid provision by an adequate amendment which approximates the expectations of the Parties and their commercial intentions at the time of the execution of these Terms of Use.
29. AMENDMENT OR MODIFICATION
Any amendment or modification to these Terms of Use shall be made in writing and signed by both the Parties.
30. APPLICABILITY OF RELATED AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF USE

Perpetuum Innovations Private Limited, a company formed under The Companies Act, 2013 having registered office at Second Floor, Plot No.4, Minarch Tower, Sector 44, Gurugram, Haryana, Gurugram 122003 (‘Perpetuum’) is operating under the brand name ‘Reve’ whereby it is providing a platform to the End Users to network, join and/or curate experiences.
Reve is operating website(s) having URL- https://reve.rsvp (the 'Site'), the mobile application- Reve is available for downloading for the people (‘End-User’/’You’) on Playstore and Appstore (‘Stores’).
Features and usage offered to You, available in Reve (App Store, Play Store and website) are referred to as 'Services'.
You can contact Reve through email (contact@perpetuum.co) or by sending a mail to its registered office at Second Floor, Plot No.4, Minarch Tower, Sector 44, Gurugram, Haryana-122003, India. The Terms stipulated in this Agreement for use shall be referred to as ‘Terms of Use’ herein and shall constitute a legally binding agreement between You and Reve. You agree that by downloading Reve, You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the Terms of Use, stipulated herein.

In case of any grievances, You may raise a ticket with Reve and it shall try to resolve the grievance as soon as possible. You, consent that You are at least 18 years old. Reve provides a digitally gated social network platform enabling profile creation, discovery of compatible attendees and inclusion in exclusive guest lists for curated cultural and party experiences. Reve connects End-Users through shared interests in music, subculture, and novel real-world events- beginning with genres like techno and EDM, and other immersive, performance-led formats.
Through interactive End-User profiles, AI-powered discovery, and digital access tools, Reve supports secure, curated connections for its End-Users to explore events, sets up shared outings and participate in a new category of real-world social culture. With emphasis on novelty, exclusivity and cultural relevance, Reve creates a distinctive bridge between digital identity and offline experience, redefining what it means to go out. Reve provides a novel, lifestyle-focused digital platform that enables End-Users to discover and participate in curated social experiences, live performances and theme-based gatherings. Reve also offers a go-out utility that reimagines how its End-Users connect in real life, blending immersive music-led storytelling with proprietary AI-curated on-boarding systems to facilitate high-quality, interest-driven social interactions. Reve also offers additional features like voice call, video calls, messages, recordings, personalized match suggestions and interactive profiles, sending photographs, setting up interactions, exploring experiences together etc. All the profiles on Reve are KYC verified, details and locations of all the events created on Reve are verified. Features and usage offered to the End-Users, on App Store, Play Store and website are referred to as 'Services'.
Reve does not provide any Services outside India and hence, it is not available for distribution outside India.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
2.1. Perpetuum is the owner of all the intellectual property rights including but not limited to all source code(s), object code(s), databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the 'Content*), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the 'Marks'). Our Content and Marks may or may not be protected by copyright and trademark laws (and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws) or treaties in India and/or USA. The Intellectual Property information is provided on strictly 'AS IS' basis for Your personal use and not for any other non-commercial use. End User shall not have any right to the Intellectual Property or registration of Intellectual Property in the absence of any existing registration.
Use of the Services is subject to the End-User’s compliance with the Terms of Use, including the 'PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES' section below, Reve is hereby providing You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:
• access the Services; and/or,
• download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which You have properly gained access, solely for Your personal and non-commercial use.
2.2. Except as set out in the Terms of Use, no part of the Services and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever. In case You wish to use Reve for any other purpose as stipulated herein, You may raise a request at: contact@perpetuum.co, Reve shall reserve the right to accept or reject your request. In case of acceptance of request to post, reproduce, or publicly display any part of our Services or Content, You must identify Reve/Perpetuum as the owner of the post and shall ensure that in the process any Intellectual Property of Reve is not infringed or interfered with. Reve reserves all rights to claim ownership and/or rights of the data posted by You. Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights will constitute a breach of Terms of Use stipulated herein and Reve reserves a right to terminate your License and right to use with immediate effect.
2.3. Your submissions and contributions-Please review this section and the 'PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES' section carefully prior to using Reve and the Services it provides, to understand (a) rights You give us and (b) obligations You have when You post or upload any content through the Services.
2.3.1. Submissions: By directly sending us any question, comment, suggestion, idea, feedback, or other information about the Services or by uploading of any content on Reve ('Submissions’), You agree to assign to us all intellectual property rights in such Submission. You agree that Reve shall own this Submission and be entitled to its unrestricted use and dissemination for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to You.
2.3.2. Contributions: The Services may invite You to network, chat, contribute to, join a curated event, create an event, pay an amount for booking a ticket on Reve and/or access other functionality during which You may create, submit, post, display, transmit, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to Reve including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, music, graphics, comments, reviews, rating suggestions, personal information, or other material ('Contributions'). Any Submission that is publicly posted shall also be treated as a Contribution. You understand that Contributions may be viewable by other users of the Services and possibly through third-party websites.
2.3.3. When You post Contributions, You grant us a licence (including use of Your name, trademarks, and logos): By posting any Contributions, You grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right, and licence to: use, copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, publish, broadcast, retitle, store, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part), and utilize Your Contributions (including, without limitation, Your image, name, and voice) for any purpose, advertising, or otherwise to prepare derivative works of or incorporate into other works, Reve’s use and distribution may occur in any media formats and through any media channels.
2.3.4. This licence includes our use of Your name, company name, and franchise name, as applicable, and any of the trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and personal and commercial images You provide.
2.3.5. You are responsible for what You post or upload: You have read and agreed to not post, host, send, publish, upload, or transmit any Submission and/or Contribution which is illegal, harassing, hateful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, bullying, abusive, discriminates, threatens any person or group, outrages modestly of a woman, or depicts sexually offensive content, false, inaccurate, deceitful, or misleading information (”PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES”).
2.3.6. You warrant that all Submission and/or Contributions uploaded/posted by You are original and you necessary ownership and rights to publish such Submissions and/or Contributions. You agree that Submissions and/or Contributions do not constitute confidential information.
2.3.7. You expressly agree to reimburse Reve for the losses suffered by Reve, owing to the breach of Terms of Use by You.
2.4. Reve may remove or edit Your Content: Reve reserves the right to remove or edit any Submissions and/or Contributions and your account at any time without providing any notice to You. In case there is violation of any law or breach of any Terms of Use, Reve may report You to the necessary authorities and take necessary legal action against You.
3. User Representations - By using the Services, You represent and warrant that:
3.1. You have the legal capacity to download Reve, input Submissions and/or Contributions and You agree to comply with these Legal Terms;
3.2. You are above 18 years;
3.3. You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise;
3.4. You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose; and
3.5. Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation. If You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, Reve has the right to suspend or terminate Your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof).
4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:
4.1. You shall not access or use Reve for any illegal purposes;
4.2. You shall not use Reve for any commercial purposes;
4.3. You agree not to:
4.3.1. Systematically retrieve data or other content from Reve to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from Reve;
4.3.2. Trick, defraud, or mislead Reve and other End-Users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as End-User passwords;
4.3.3. Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of Reve including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of Reve and/or the Content contained therein.
4.3.4. Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion Reve and/or the Services provided by Reve;
4.3.5. Use any information obtained from the Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person;
4.3.6. Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct;
4.3.7. Use Reve in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations;
4.3.8. Linking and framing the unauthorised framing of Reve;
4.3.9. Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party's uninterrupted use and enjoyment of Reve or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of Reve;
4.3.10. Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools;
4.3.11. Delete the Intellectual Property from any Content;
4.3.12. Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user;
4.3.13. Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats ('gifs'), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as 'spyware' or 'passive collection mechanisms' or 'pcms');
4.3.14. Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on Reve or the networks or Services connected to Reve;
4.3.15. Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of Reve’s employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to You;
4.3.16. Attempt to bypass any measures of the Reve and/or Services designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services, or any portion of the Services;
4.3.17. Copy or adapt Reves’ software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
4.4. Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses Reve or use or launch any unauthorised script or other software;
4.5. Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on Reve;
4.6. Make any unauthorised use of Reve, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretences.
4.7. Use Reve and/or Services available on Reve as part of any effort to compete with Reve or otherwise use the Services and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavour or commercial enterprise. As mentioned in the "Acceptable Use Policy"- (Available on website https://reve.date).
5. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
5.1. Reve may invite You to chat, text, organise events, join events, pay for tickets of the events, share photographs, videos, organize experiences and dates, do voice calls, video calls, share personal information or any other Services including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or accessing, downloading, or copying of Your Contributions do not and will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights or moral rights of any third party;
5.2. You are the creator and owner of or have the necessary licences, rights, consents, releases, and permissions to use and to authorise Reve and other users of the Reve to use Your Contributions in any manner contemplated by the Services and these Legal Terms;
5.3. Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading;
5.4. Your Contributions are not unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation;
5.5. Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libellous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by Reve);
5.6. Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone;
5.7. Your Contributions are not used to harass or threaten (in the legal sense of those terms) any other person and to promote violence against a specific person or class of people;
5.8. Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule;
5.9. Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party;
5.10. Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors;
5.11. Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap;
5.12. Your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of Terms of Use, or any applicable law or regulation. Any use of Reve or Services of Reve in violation of the foregoing may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of Your rights to use Reve and/or its Services.
6. CONTRIBUTION LICENCE
6.1. By posting Your Contributions on Reve, You automatically grant, represent and warrant that You have unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right and licence to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, resell, publish, broadcast, retitle, archive, store, cache, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, transmit, excerpt (in whole or in part) and distribute such Contributions (including, without limitation, Your image and voice) for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such Contributions and grant and authorise sub-licences of the foregoing. The use and distribution may occur in any media formats and through any media channels. This licence will apply to any form, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed and includes use of Your name, company name, and franchise name, as applicable and any of the trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and personal and commercial images You provide by Reve. You waive all moral rights in Your Contributions and You warrant that moral rights have not otherwise been asserted in Your Contributions;
6.2. You agree that, accessing, downloading, or copying of Your Contributions do not and will not infringe Your Intellectual Property Rights;
6.3. You agree that You are the creator and owner of or have the necessary licences, rights, consents, releases and permissions to use and to authorise Reve and other users of the Services to use Your Contributions as stipulated herein.
6.4. You have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in Your Contributions to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of Your Contributions in any manner stipulated herein;
6.5. You agree that Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading;
6.6. You agree that Your Contributions are not unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation;
6.7. You agree that Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libellous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable;
6.8. You agree that Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone;

Any use of Reve in violation of the foregoing violates these Terms of Use may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of Your rights to use the Services and access of Reve;
6.15. You are solely responsible for Your Contributions to the Reve and You expressly agree to exonerate Reve from any and all responsibility and to refrain from any legal action against us regarding Your Contribution;
6.16. We have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, (1) to edit, redact, or otherwise change any Contributions; (2) to re-categorise any Contributions to place them in more appropriate locations on Reve; and (3) to pre-screen or delete any Contributions at any time and for any reason, without any notice. We have no obligation to monitor Your Contributions.
7. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
You may post reviews on Reve subject to following:-
7.1. You should have first-hand experience with the person/entity being reviewed;
7.2. Your reviews should not contain offensive profanity, or abusive, racist, offensive, or hateful language;
7.3. Your reviews should not contain discriminatory references based on religion, race, gender, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability;
7.4. Your reviews should not contain references to illegal activity;
7.5. You should not be affiliated with competitors for posting negative reviews;
7.6. You should not make any conclusions as to the legality of conduct;
7.7. You shall not post any false or misleading statements; and
7.8. You shall not organise a campaign encouraging others to post reviews, whether positive or negative;
7.9. You may accept, reject, or remove reviews on Reve’s sole discretion. You represent that You have absolutely no obligation to screen reviews or to delete reviews, even if anyone considers reviews objectionable or inaccurate;
7.10. You warrant that your Reviews are not endorsed by Reve and do not necessarily represent Reves’ opinions or the views of any of our affiliates or partners;
7.11. You do not assume liability for any review or for any claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from any review;
7.12. You hereby grant Reve, a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, assignable, and sub-licensable right and licence to reproduce, modify, translate, transmit by any means, display, perform, and/or distribute all content relating to review.
8. MOBILE APPLICATION LICENCE
8.1. Use Licence, if You access the Services on Reve, it grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use Reve on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by You, and to access and use Reve on such devices strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this mobile application licence contained in these Legal Terms and You shall not:
8.1.1. Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the App;
8.1.2. Make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work from the App;
8.1.3. Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with Your access or use of the App;
8.1.4. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) posted by Reve;
8.1.5. Use Reve for any revenue-generating endeavour, commercial enterprise, or other purpose for which it is not designed or intended;
8.1.6. Make Reve available over a network or other environment permitting access or use by multiple devices or users at the same time;
8.1.7. Use Reve for creating a product, service, or software that is, directly or indirectly, competitive with or in any way a substitute for the App;
8.1.8. Use Reve to send automated queries to any website or to send any unsolicited commercial email; or
8.1.9. Use any proprietary information or any of Reve’s interfaces or Reve’s other intellectual property in the design, development, manufacture, licensing, or distribution of any applications, accessories, or devices for use Reve;
8.2. The following terms apply when You use Reve to access the Services;
8.2.1. The licence granted to You for Reve is limited to a non-transferable licence to use the application on a device that utilises the Stores operating systems, as applicable and in accordance with the usage rules set forth in the applicable Reve Distributor's terms of service;
8.2.2. You must comply with applicable rules of Stores when using Reve, e.g. if You have a VolP application, then You must not be in violation of their wireless data service agreement when using Reve; and
8.2.3. You acknowledge and agree that the App Distributors are third-party beneficiaries of the terms and conditions in this mobile application licence contained in these Legal Terms, and that each App Distributor will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the terms and conditions in this mobile application licence contained in these Legal Terms against You as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
9. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
9.1. The Services may contain (or You may be sent via the Site or App) links to other websites ('Third-Party Websites') as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ('Third-Party Content'). Such Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by Reve, and Reve is not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Services or any Third-Party Content posted on, available through, or installed from Reve including the content, accuracy, offensiveness, opinions, reliability, privacy practices, or other policies of or contained in the Third-Party Websites or the Third-Party Content. Inclusion of, linking to, or permitting the use or installation of any Third-Party Websites or any Third-Party Content does not imply approval or endorsement thereof by Reve. If You decide to leave the Services and access the Third-Party Websites or to use or install any Third-Party Content, You may do so at Your own risk, Reve does not take any liability to any loss suffered by You. You should review the applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices, of any website to which You navigate from Reve or relating to any applications. Any purchases You make through Third-Party Websites will be through other websites and from other companies, hence Reve takes no responsibility whatsoever in relation to such purchases which are exclusively between You and the applicable third party.
9.2. Reve does not endorse the products or services offered on Third-Party Websites, Reve does not indemnify or bear any responsibility to compensate you for the Damages caused to You by purchasing such products or services from any Third-Party Content or any contact with Third-Party Websites.
10. ADVERTISERS
We allow advertisers to display their advertisements and other information on Reve, on areas such as sidebar advertisements or banner advertisements. Reve simply provides the space to place such advertisements, and Reve does not have any other relationship with the advertisers.
11. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
Reve reserves the right, but not the obligation, to:
• Monitor Reve and End-Users to check compliance of the Terms of Use by the End-Users;
• Take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law the Terms of Use, including without limitation, reporting such End-User to law enforcement authorities;
• In our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of Your Contributions or any portion thereof;
• In our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from Reve or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to Reve’s systems; and
• Otherwise manage Reve in a manner designed to protect Reve’s rights and property and to facilitate the proper and efficient functioning of Reve and the Services it renders.

By using Reve, You agree to be bound by Reve’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into the Terms of Use. Please be advised that Reve is hosted in India and applicable laws of India for Privacy will be adhered to by Reve.
13. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS
Reve owns copyright of everything that is available on Reve except the contributions of which it has license. Reve also respects the copyright of others. If You believe that any material available on or through Reve infringes upon any copyright You own or control, please immediately notify us using the contact information provided below (a 'Notification"). A copy of Your Notification will be sent to the person who posted or stored the material addressed in the Notification. Please be advised that pursuant to applicable law, You may be held liable for damages if You make material misrepresentations in a Notification. Thus, if You are not sure that material located on or linked to Reve infringes Your copyright, You should consider first contact a legal professional.
14. TERM AND TERMINATION
These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while You use Reve or its Services. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THE TERMS OF USE, REVE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO, IN IT’S SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS OF USE OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. REVE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN REVE OR SERVICES OR DELETE ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
If Reve terminates or suspends Your account for any reason, You are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under Your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if You may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending Your account, Reve reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
15. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
Reve reserves the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, Reve has no obligation to update any information on Ens-Users regarding the same. Reve will not be liable to You or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of Reve. It cannot guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. Reve may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. 16. GOVERNING LAW
Terms of Use shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Perpetuum and You irrevocably consent that the arbitral tribunal of India with venue in New Delhi and Courts of Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Tems of Use.
17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Binding Arbitration, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved in terms of Indian Arbitration Act, which, as a result of referring to it, is considered as the part of this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be one (1), mutually selected by both the Parties. The venue of arbitration shall be Delhi, India and laws of Gurugram, Haryana shall be applicable. The language of the proceedings shall be English.
18. CORRECTIONS
There may be information on Reve and the Services provided by it, that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. Reve reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on Reve at any time, without prior notice.
19. DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY REVE AND REVE- THE APP ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND CONSEQUENCE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. REVE MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES' CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES OR MOBILE APPLICATIONS LINKED TO REVE AND REVE WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (1) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT AND MATERIALS, (2) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES, (3) ANY UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO OR USE OF REVE’S SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (4) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICES/REVE, (5) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH REVE/ SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (6) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT AND MATERIALS OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES. REVE DOES NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ADVERTISED OR OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH REVE/SERVICES, ANY HYPERLINKED WEBSITE, OR ANY WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION FEATURED IN ANY BANNER OR OTHER ADVERTISING, AND WE WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. AS WITH THE PURCHASE OF A PRODUCT OR SERVICE THROUGH ANY MEDIUM OR IN ANY ENVIRONMENT, YOU SHOULD USE YOUR BEST JUDGEMENT AND EXERCISE CAUTION WHERE APPROPRIATE.
20. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL REVE OR IT’S DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF REVE OR IT’S SERVICES, EVEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, REVE’S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US OR NOT MORE THAN INR 100,000.
21. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Reve and it’s subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of it’s respective officers, agents, partners, and employees harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, legal fee and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of:
(1) Your Contributions;
(2) use of Reve or the Services;
(3) breach of the Terms of Use;
(4) any breach of Your representations and warranties set forth in the Terms of Use;
(5) Your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or
(6) any overt harmful act towards any other End-User of the Services with whom You connected via Reve. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Reve reserves the right, at Your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which You are required to indemnify Reve, and You agree to cooperate, at Your expense, with Reve’s defence of such claims. Reve will use reasonable efforts to notify You of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.
22. USER DATA
Reve will maintain certain data that You transmit to Reve for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services rendered by Reve, as well as data relating to Your use of the Services/Reve. Although Reve performs regular routine backups of data, You are solely responsible for all data that You transmit or that relates to any activity You have undertaken using Reve/the Services. You agree that Reve shall have no liability to You for any loss or corruption of any such data, and You hereby waive any right of action against Reve arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.
23. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES.
Visiting Reve sending it emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communication, and You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that Reve provides to You electronically, via email and on the Services, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT AND MATERIALS OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA REVE. IN SUCH A CASE REVE DOES NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ADVERTISED OR OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE SERVICES, ANY HYPERLINKED WEBSITE, OR ANY WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION FEATURED IN ANY BANNER OR OTHER ADVERTISING, AND REVE WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. 25. MISCELLANEOUS

Failure of Reve to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. Terms of Use operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. Reve may assign any or all of it’s rights and obligations to others at any time. Reve shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act beyond reasonable control. If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from the Terms of Use and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. 27. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of any force majeure event such as act of god, cessation of work, natural disaster, war, floods, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, and/or in case of an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 or any alike disease exists in any place of work or a public place. Reve shall not be held liable for any deficiency in functioning of the Licensed Application, working of Services and features, compensation or any other liability.
28. SEVERANCE
In case any provision of these Terms of Use become invalid, the other provisions shall remain valid and the Parties shall replace the invalid provision by an adequate amendment which approximates the expectations of the Parties and their commercial intentions at the time of the execution of these Terms of Use.
