Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ('Policy') shall form part of Terms of Use and should therefore be read alongside Reve’s Terms of Use: If You do not agree with the Terms of Use, please do not use Reve and the Services provided by it.
Your continued use of Reve and its Services implies acceptance of Terms of Use. Please carefully review this Policy which applies to any and all of the people (“End-Users”) downloading Reve- the App:-
(a) use of Reve and its Services (as defined in Terms of Use)
(b) forms, materials, consent tools, comments, post, and all other content available on Reve ('Content') and
(c) material which You contribute to Reve including any event organised/attended, content uploaded, post, review, disclosure, ratings, comments, chat etc. in any forum, chatrooms, reviews, and to any interactive services and curated experience associated with it ('Contribution').
1. WHAT IS REVE- Perpetuum Innovations Pvt Ltd, a company registered in under The Companies Act, 2013 having registered office at Second Floor, Plot No.4, Minarch Tower, Sector 44, Haryana, Gurugram, Haryana 122003 working under the name ‘’Reve’’, a mobile application and wesbite providing Services as defined in Terms of Use and the End-User License Agreement. Reve operates the website https://reve.rsvp and/or https://perpetuum.co/ (the 'Site').
2. USE OF THE SERVICES-When You use Reve, You warrant that You will comply with this Policy and with all the applicable laws. You also acknowledge that You may not:-
2.1 Systematically retrieve data or other content from Reve to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from Reve;
2.2 Make any unauthorised use of Reve, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretences.;
2.3 Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of Reve, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on the use of Reve and/or the content contained therein.
2.4 Engage in unauthorised framing of or linking Reve and/or the Services provided by it.
2.5 Trick, defraud, or mislead Reve and other End-Users, especially in an attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
2.6 Make improper use of Reve/Services including Reve’s support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
2.7 Engage in any automated use of Reve/Services, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
2.8 Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on Reve/Services or the networks or the Services connected.
2.9 Attempt to impersonate any other End-User than Yourself or person or use the username of another user;
2.10 Use any information obtained from Reve in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person/End-User;
2.11 Use Reve as part of any effort to compete or otherwise use the Reve/Services and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavour or commercial enterprise.
2.12 Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of Reve/Services, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
2.13 Attempt to bypass any measures of Reve/Services designed to prevent or restrict access to the Reve/Services, or any portion of Reve/Services.
2.14 Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any employees of Reve or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to You.
2.15 Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.
2.16 Copy or adapt the Reves’/ Services, software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, source code, object code or any other other code.
2.17 Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party's uninterrupted use and enjoyment of Reve or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of Reve.
2.18 Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats ('gifs'), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as 'spyware' or 'passive collection mechanisms' or 'pcms').
2.19 Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses Reve, or using or launching any unauthorised script or other software.
2.20 Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm Reve and/or the Services.
2.21 Use Reve in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
2.22 Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases of the Services available on Reve.
2.23 Sell or otherwise transfer Your profile or contents of Your profile created on Reve to any other person.
2.24 Use the data of other End-Users.
2.25 Cause harm to Reve/Perpetuum or replicate its data.
2.26 Fishing.
2.27 Abusing.
2.28 Disrespect of other fellow End-User.
2.29 Using a dignified language.
2.30 Although the laws of India grants freedom of speech, however the speech shall not cause harm to religious sentiments of any person and/or entity.
2.31 Discrimination on the basis of race, gender, caste, financial status is strictly prohibited.
2.32 Confidential data of the Perpetuum shall not be distributed to any third party, public or to any person.
2.33 Nothing should be spoken against the government.
2.34 Reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
2.35 Replication of the Licensed Application or website is also prohibited.
2.36 Organising any illegal activities in the Event is prohibited;
2.37 Selling of drugs in the Event is prohibited;
2.38 Outraging the modesty of a woman is also prohibited;
2.39 Nudety, obscene language is prohibited.
3. Contributions-In this Policy, the term 'Contribution' means:
Any data, event, curating an event, information, software, text, code, music, scripts, sound, graphics, photos, videos, tags, messages, interactive features, or other materials that You post, share, organise, upload, submit on Reve shall be referred to as your ‘Contribution’.
4. Breach of this Policy- Please report any Contribution that You believe breaches this Policy; however, Reve will determine, in Reve’s sole discretion, whether a Contribution is indeed in breach of this Policy. You warrant that:
4.1. you are the creator and owner of the Contributions and have the necessary licences, rights, consents, releases, and permissions to use and to authorise Reve to use Your Contributions in any manner contemplated by Reve;
4.2. all Your Contributions comply with applicable laws and are original and true (if they represent Your opinion or facts);
4.3. the creation, distribution, transmission, public display, or performance and the accessing, downloading, or copying of Your Contributions do not and will not infringe the proprietary rights, including copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights of any third party;
4.4. you have the verifiable consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in Your Contributions to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of Your Contributions in any manner contemplated by the Services and this Policy.
4.5. You also agree that You will not post, transmit, or upload any (or any part of a) Contribution that:
4.5.1 is in breach of applicable laws, regulation, court order, contractual obligation, this Policy, Reve’s Legal Terms, a legal duty, or that promotes or facilitates fraud or illegal activities;
4.5.2 is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, insulting, intimidating, bullying, abusive, or threatening, to any person or group;
4.5.3 is false, inaccurate, or misleading;
4.5.4 includes child sexual abuse material, or violates any applicable law concerning child pornography or otherwise intended to protect minors;
4.5.5 contains any material that solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner;
4.5.6 promotes violence, advocates the violent overthrow of any government, or incites, encourages, or threatens physical harm against another;
4.5.7 is obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libellous, slanderous, contains sexually explicit material, or is otherwise objectionable (as determined by Reve;
4.5.8 is discriminatory based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
4.5.9 bullies, intimidates, humiliates, or insults any person;
4.5.10 promotes, facilitates, or assists anyone in promoting and facilitating acts of terrorism;
4.5.11 infringes, or assists anyone in infringing, a third party's intellectual property rights or publicity or privacy rights;
4.5.12 is deceitful, misrepresents Your identity or affiliation with any person and/or misleads anyone as to Your relationship with us or implies that the Contribution was made by someone else than You;
4.5.13 contains unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation that has been 'paid for', whether with monetary compensation or in kind; or
4.5.14 misrepresents Your identity or who the Contribution is from.
4.5.15 REVIEW AND RATINGS-When Your Contribution is a review or rating, You also agree that:
4.5.15.1. You have first hand experience with the services being reviewed;
4.5.15.2. Your Contribution is true to Your experience;
4.5.15.3. You are not affiliated with competitors if posting negative reviews (or linked in any way to, e.g., by being the owner or seller/manufacturer of, a product or service if posting positive reviews);
4.5.15.4. You cannot make or offer any conclusions as to the legality of conduct;
4.5.15.5. You cannot post any false or misleading statements; and
4.5.15.6. You do not and will not organise a campaign encouraging others to post reviews, whether positive or negative.
5. Reporting a breach of this policy- Reve is under no obligation to review or moderate the Contributions made by You and Reve expressly excludes it’s liability for any loss or damage resulting from any breach of this Policy by the End-users. If You consider that any Content or Contribution is contrary to the provisions of this Policy, please email Reve at contact@perpetuum.co, or refer to the contact details at the bottom of this document to let Reve know which Content or Contribution is in breach of this Policy and why; or if you think there is an infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights, please email Reve at contact@perupetuum.co. Reve will reasonably determine whether a Content or Contribution breaches this Policy.
6. Consequences of breaching this policy-The consequences for violating this Policy will vary depending on the severity of the breach and the End-User's history in their personal capacity or while use of Reve, example: Reve may, in some cases, gives You a warning to remove the infringing Contribution, however, if Your breach is serious or if You continue to breach Reve’s Legal Terms and this Policy, Reve reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your access to and use Reve, if applicable, disable Your account. Reve may also notify law enforcement or issue legal proceedings against You when it believes that there is a genuine risk to an individual or a threat to public safety. Reve excludes it’s liability for all action it may take in response to any of Your breaches of this Policy.
7. Complaints and removal of legitimate content- If You consider that some Content or Contribution have been mistakenly removed or blocked from the Reve, please refer to the contact details available in this Policy, on intimidation by You, Reve will promptly review our decision to remove such Content or Contribution. The Content or Contribution may stay 'down' whilst Reve conducts the review process.
DISCLAIMER- Perpetuum Innovations Private Limited operating under the name- Reve is under no obligation to monitor users' activities, and Reve disclaims any responsibility for any user's misuse of Reve and/or Services of Reve. Perpetuum/ Reve has no responsibility for any End-User or other Content or Contribution created, maintained, stored, transmitted, or accessible and is not obligated to monitor or exercise any editorial control over such material. If Reve/Perpetuum becomes aware that any such Content or Contribution violates this Policy, Reve/Perpetuum may, in addition to removing such Content or Contribution and blocking Your account, report such breach to the police or appropriate regulatory authority. Unless otherwise stated in this Policy, Reve/Perpetuum disclaims any obligation to any person who has not entered into an agreement with Reve/Perpetuum.
