- Participate in immersive, performance-led real-world events
- Purchase tickets for events hosted or promoted by the company

Policy Objective
The company is committed to maintaining a lawful, drug-free ecosystem at all events. This policy:
- Forms an integral part of the platform's Terms and Conditions
- Is mandatory for continued use of the platform
- Ensures compliance with Indian law, specifically the NDPS Act, 1985
Important: The platform does NOT support, promote, or permit the use of any prohibited substances.
Legal Framework
NDPS Act, 1985 Compliance
The NDPS Act criminalizes:
- Possession, consumption, purchase, sale
- Distribution, storage, transportation
- Facilitation of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances
Penalties include:
- Imprisonment
- Monetary fines
- Property confiscation
- Personal liability (non-transferable)
User Acknowledgment
Users expressly acknowledge that:
- The platform grants NO exemption or immunity under the NDPS Act
- Liability is personal and individual
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring legal compliance
Who This Applies To
This policy is binding on:

- ✓ Hosts, organizers, co-hosts, promoters
- ✓ Event attendees, invitees, and guests

By using the platform, you automatically agree to this policy.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
The company maintains strict zero-tolerance towards:
- Possession, consumption, or distribution of prohibited substances
- Facilitation, concealment, or promotion of such substances
- Any violation is a material breach of Terms and Conditions
Consequences
- Account suspension or permanent termination
- Indefinite blocking from the platform
User Conduct Standards
Prohibited Actions
Users shall NOT:

- ❌ Attend events while under the influence
- ❌ Use the platform to coordinate or facilitate illegal substance activity
- ❌ Misrepresent events as permitting illegal substance use
- ❌ Post content that promotes or glorifies prohibited substances
Required Conduct
Users must:
- ✓ Conduct themselves lawfully and responsibly
- ✓ Comply with all applicable laws
- ✓ Report violations if observed
Host and Organizer Responsibilities
Hosts and organizers must:
- Ensure events comply with this policy and applicable law
- Clearly communicate that prohibited substances are strictly forbidden
- Never represent events as permissive of unlawful conduct
- Take reasonable steps to prevent and address violations
- Cooperate with company inquiries and law enforcement
Note: Hosts are NOT liable for personal acts of individual attendees but must maintain event compliance.
Platform Role and Disclaimers
Company Position
The company:
- Does NOT take responsibility for individual user actions
- Has NOT authorized anyone to promote prohibited substances
- Operates as a platform facilitator, not an event manager
User Assumption of Risk
By attending events, users:
- Participate voluntarily
- Assume all associated risks
- Waive claims against the company for third-party conduct
Maximum company liability is limited to the ticket value.
Enforcement Actions
The company reserves the right to:
- 🚫 Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts
- 🗑️ Remove content or event listings
- ❌ Cancel or delist events
- 🔒 Restrict platform access
- 👮 Cooperate with law enforcement and disclose user information when legally required
All actions are at the company's sole discretion without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is NOT liable for:
- User conduct or violations of law
- Third-party acts or omissions
- Loss, damage, injury, or legal consequences from user actions
- Acts of company employees/partners if engaged in prohibited activities
Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company from:
- Claims arising from policy breaches
- NDPS Act violations
- Consumption or use of prohibited substances
- Any related liabilities, penalties, damages, or expenses
Governing Law
- Jurisdiction: India
- Governing Law: Laws of India
- Dispute Resolution: Courts of competent jurisdiction in India have exclusive jurisdiction
Policy Updates
- The company reserves the right to amend this policy at any time
- Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance
- Users are responsible for reviewing policy updates
